Our Policy for Your Protection

Boo Crew Rentals agrees to deliver all of our rental products at the agreed-upon time when contracted to the date and time contracted. The delivery fee is a fixed fee based on mileage. It is up to the client to give Boo Crew Rentals the correct venue information for items to be delivered on time. Items will be delivered clean and ready to use. The client must sign a contract upon receipt of rentals agreeing that all items are clean and ready for use. If the client refuses to sign items will return with Boo Crew Rentals and will be marked as undeliverable, the client will not be reimbursed for the event or delivery.

Damage Fees

  • Damage fees may apply if any of the rented items are returned with damages.

  • Cleaning Fee: Severely damaged linen or fabric items may incur a cleaning fee of $45 each.

  • Replacement Fee: Severely damaged items will be charged at their retail cost.

Insurance

  • Boo Crew Rentals - Newstrand LLC does not provide insurance coverage.

  • The Client is responsible for notifying us at least 30 days before the event date if insurance is required for the venue.

  • The Client is fully responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur during the rental period.

Indemnification

  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Boo Crew Rentals - Newstrand LLC harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the rental or use of the equipment.

Release of Liability

  • The Client acknowledges the risks associated with using the rented items and waives the right to sue Boo Crew Rentals - Newstrand LLC for any injuries or damages.

Termination and Return of Items

  • Before the deposit is paid, Boo Crew Rentals - Newstrand LLC reserves the right to terminate any services requested, and the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Once a deposit is paid, the Client is responsible for any remaining charges from the rental period.

  • Clients may not terminate a contract within 1 week of services.

Maintenance and Repairs

  • Clients are not allowed to attempt repairs or replacements of rental items unless otherwise specified.

  • Clients are responsible for notifying Boo Crew Rentals - Newstrand LLC of any damages or items that need replacement upon pick-up or within 24 hours of pick-up.

Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

Signatures

  • This contract requires physical or digital signatures from both parties. Clients may have a secondary party of their choice sign for items, but the Client remains responsible for any damages and fees, even if a secondary party signs.

* Set-Up Fee *

*Fee only to be added upon request.

* Excessive Cleaning Fee *

*This cleaning Fee is only added/needed for excessively dirty items or linens due to customer usage, Customer must sign Damage Document. (Ex- Wax Stains, or Wax residue, excessively dirty bouncer or food residue on bouncer etc..) and can only be charged to the client within 24 hours of pick up.

* Damage Fee *

All damaged Items will be charged at the commercial list price plus 10% if damaged.

(Ex-Rips in bouncer, Rips or tears in pillows or linens, etc..)

Orders over $500 or including Glass must keep a card on file until rentals are returned.

* Regular Cleaning Fee *

*All Fabric Rentals, linens, glassware, flatware, coolers, and Jumpers include the charge of this fee due to customer usage. All items are cleaned and Sanitized before each use.
